Here’s the challenge:

Lead AI-focused initiatives, ensuring every project runs smoothly. You’ll manage deadlines, milestones, and cross-functional coordination (Technology, Data Science, and Business).

You will identify high-value AI use cases, differentiate them from non-AI automation initiatives, and translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements for IT and AI teams.

You’ll also analyze existing processes, detect improvement opportunities, and drive AI or automation solutions that enhance efficiency and operational performance.

Requirements for this role:

- Previous experience working on AI projects.
- Experience with LOAN IQ (Finastra), APPIAN, E2E Digital Workflow Systems (BPM, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365), or KOMGO.
- Strong understanding of AI fundamentals (Machine Learning, NLP, GenAI) and how to apply them to real business processes. 🌍
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Must reside in Spain
