PRODUCTION MANAGER
BARCELONA

Desde MCR International estamos buscando un/a Production Manager para una importante empresa multinacional del sector alimentación, ubicada en la provincia de Barcelona.

Responsabilidades

- Liderar y supervisar las operaciones de producción, asegurando la eficiencia en las líneas de extrusión y envasado.
- Gestionar, motivar y desarrollar un equipo de alrededor de 100 personas, promoviendo un entorno de seguridad, calidad y mejora continua.
- Impulsar un ambicioso programa de Excelencia Operativa, aplicando metodologías como Lean, Six Sigma y Autonomous Maintenance (AM).
- Controlar KPIs de producción (OEE, output, reducción de mermas) y definir acciones de mejora.
- Colaborar con áreas clave como Mantenimiento, Calidad, Supply Chain y RRHH para garantizar la consecución de objetivos.
- Optimizar el uso de recursos y gestionar el presupuesto de producción.

Requisitos

- Titulación en Ingeniería, Ciencia de los Alimentos o similar.
- Experiencia consolidada en posiciones de gestión de producción dentro del sector alimentación o afines.
- Conocimientos sólidos en Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, planificación y gestión de recursos.
- Capacidad para liderar equipos grandes, fomentar la transformación cultural y garantizar resultados en entornos exigentes.
- Perfil proactivo, resiliente, con visión estratégica y orientación a resultados.
