As an Operational Risk Management Consultant,you will work with industry-leading clients across your sectors to reduce risks and improve business continuity and asset productivity. You’ll save lives, drive performance and improve the working lives of all your clients’ employees.
As a freelance consultant, you will work with our team to deliver coaching and support to our clients to help evolve their culture and behaviours when it comes to safety and risk management. This will involve working closely with managers and supervisors on site with the client, supporting and coaching them in the implementation of dss+ methodologies.
Key responsibilities will include;
- You will work as a coach to help change the behaviours
- You will lead the delivery ofsolutions insafety culture and / orbehavioural based safety; PSM; oroperational excellence

Ideally, you will hold a degree/master’s degree in engineering or a business-related field, coupled with experience in management consulting and coaching withprevious exposure to operational risk management, operational excellence. safety and/or culture change.
You demonstrate experience and an understanding of the operational issuesin heavy industriessuch asManufacturing, Oil &Gas, Power &Utilities, Chemicals, Transport orFood &Beverage
You have a deep understanding ofsubject matters around either safety or operational excellence, and are able to leverage it externally (guiding clients, creating points of view, etc.). And you will have excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset. Like us.
You will be fluent in Spanish and English and be able to work in both languages seamlessly.
