The Role

We are looking for a Programmatic & Full-Funnel Media Manager to plan, activate, and optimize Amazon DSP campaigns across the full funnel.

This is a mid-level position for professionals who already have solid experience in programmatic or retail media and want to specialize in Amazon Retail Media within a consulting environment.

You will work exclusively with Amazon DSP, managing end-to-end strategies that connect brand building with performance and business impact.

What You Will Do

- Plan and execute full-funnel Amazon DSP strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion).
- Build audience, format, and activation frameworks within Amazon Retail Media.
- Launch, manage, and optimize Amazon DSP campaigns across display, video, and CTV.
- Monitor pacing, reach, frequency, and performance.
- Apply test & learn and optimization methodologies.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to interpret AMC insights.
- Translate data into clear recommendations for clients.
- Support client presentations and strategic discussions.

What We Are Looking For

- 3–5 years of experience in programmatic media or retail media.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon DSP.
- Experience working with full-funnel media strategies.
- Strong understanding of audience-based planning and performance optimization.
- Background in ecommerce, Amazon, or retail media environments.

Languages

- High level of English – mandatory
- High level of Spanish – mandatory

Both languages are required for daily client and internal communication.
