Job Overview
The Accounting Technician in the Administration and Finance department is responsible for a broad range of accounting and administrative activities, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of the company’s financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Full accounting of customer and supplier invoices
2. Posting and reconciliation of accounts payable and accounts receivable
3. Recording of collections and payments in the ERP system
4. Support in monthly and annual accounting closings
5. Maintenance of supplier and customer master data (tax and bank details)
6. Support during audits and preparation of accounting documentation
7. Coordination with external advisors or auditors when required
8. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and accounting regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting role. Candidates coming from audit firms may be considered with 2–3 years of experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- Experience working with ERP systems and excel, preferably Netsuite
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work autonomously and responsibly
- Mindset to work in a diverse and multicultural environment
