About the Role
We are looking for a versatile and proactive Office Responsible to join our team in Barcelona. This role combines logistics operations support and office management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will coordinate daily office functions, manage communication with external consultants, and assist in ensuring smooth operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide support in coordinating logistics operations and liaise with relevant departments as needed.
2. Maintain regular communication with external consultants such as accountants, tax advisors, and legal professionals.
3. Track and report monthly office expenses, and assist in budget-related processes.
4. Oversee daily and monthly operational needs of the office (e.g., supplies, services, maintenance).
5. Ensure the regular execution of core administrative processes.
6. Maintain proper documentation and ensure regular archiving and record-keeping.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, office management, or operations.
3. Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken); Turkish is a plus.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
5. Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
6. Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and responsible approach.
7. Must be based in Barcelona.
8. No travel restrictions; valid driver’s license required.
9. No military obligation (for male candidates).
