The Senior Analyst will support establishing efficient data collection and reporting processes and drive continuous improvements initiatives.**How you’ll make an impact*** Supporting the establishment of new or improvement of existing processes for ESG regulatory and compliance topics (including SOPs and work instructions for maximum efficiency)* Coordinating timely implementation of SCM Sustainability and Compliance processes in the respective regions* Supporting strategic supplier relationships and drive collaborative engagement* Coordinating supplier sustainability assessment/improvement program enabled by EcoVadis* Structuring and organize the information related to the Sustainability activities and ensure the reporting mechanisms for each related KPI* Ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for related topics (including collaboration with other functions for required alignment)* Supporting global application implementation and align supplier sustainability related tools* Supporting in establishing required communication & training material**Your background*** Minimum 5 years of relevant business experience* Ability to collaborate across functions and engage with external parties on sustainability initiatives* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for continuous improvement* Experience with data analytics and reporting tools is highly desirable* Understanding of supplier sustainability requirements such labour & human rights, sustainable procurement, environmental, safety and ethics is preferred.* Understanding of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements is preferred* Knowledge of SAP Ariba, S/4Hana, EcoVadis is a plus* Cultural sensitivity and work experience in an international environment* Fluent in English and strong communication/presentation skills* Degree in Chemistry, Materials Science or related is a plus## Qualified individuals with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to use or access the Hitachi Energy career site as a result of your disability.
