Company Description

At Sixhunters, we are looking for a Process Automation Lead for an international packaging group.

Tasks and Responsibilities

- Identify process automation opportunities within the Group with the aim of generating operational efficiencies for the different business and corporate supportfunctions

- Definition of the appropriate solution/technical architecture for each opportunity, in coordination with the rest of the IT organization's teams involved (applications,security, etc.)

- Assist and accompany the user areas in the Business Case phases, detailed functional design and acceptance tests

- Management of the demand and the pipeline of automation projects, in coordination with the business areas and the rest of the areas of the IT organization

- Measure and monitor the degree of execution and impact of initiatives by defining and monitoring KPIs of efficiency, quality and return on investment

- To act as a benchmark in good practices and standards in automation, encouraging the adoption of simple Low Code RPA solutions in the organization

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT or similar

- At least 5 years of experience in digital transformation projects with a high process automation component, in positions ranging from functional process analyst to functional team leader

- Analytical capacity, business vision, results orientation

- Communication and management skills for multidisciplinary work teams

- Functional knowledge of SAP and Salesforce applications

- High level of English
