We’re expanding our teams in the Defense sector to take on projects within the aeronautics and avionics division. This is a cutting-edge R&D project focused on developing a hypersonic missile interceptor, in which GMV plays a key role.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

In our team, you will participate in the development and implementation of advancedGNSS navigation algorithms, including adaptations inGNSS signal correlationforhigh-dynamicsnavigation systems.

Additionally, you will:

- Participate in the development of multi-constellation, multi-signal software-defined receiver elements.
- Develop and maintain a simplified GNSS baseband signal simulator.
- Conduct research on advanced digital signal processing algorithms.
- Work closely with other software and hardware developers.
- Participate in code reviews and promote best development practices.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

We are looking forTelecommunications Engineersor professionals from related fields, with a passion fordigital signal processing, a strong background inapplied mathematics, and solid skills inC/C++ programmingand software development.

We also value:

- Hands-on experience (professional or personal) in medium- to large-scale software development.
- Knowledge ofMatlab,Python, and other programming languages.
- Experience withLinux, version control withGit, and environments such as Eclipse, Visual Studio, or Visual Code.
- Experience withsoftware-defined receivers.
- Knowledge ofCPU-efficient processing(floating/fixed point, SIMD, cache, etc.).
- Familiarity withtesting frameworkslike GoogleTest or Pytest.
- Understanding ofGNSS-based navigation(Kalman filters, hybridization, GNSS error modeling, etc.).
