Tu misión será responsabilizarte de la comercialización, marketing y operativa en el segmento de grupos y eventos; crear, estructurar y liderar los equipos bajo su responsabilidad y formar a los equipos para el cumplimiento de los estándares de servicio en el segmento.

**Tus funciones principales serán**:

- Definir la estrategia comercial de la compañía en el segmento para los hoteles de su responsabilidad en colaboración con la dirección comercial corporativa y sus distintas figuras, con tácticas específicas para cada hotel / marca.
- Establecer los objetivos de venta junto con la dirección comercial y revenue.
- Participar en las negociaciones comerciales de alto nível en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de venta proactiva y los representantes de ventas en los mercados emisores.
- Establecer los procedimientos operativos (SOP’s) de las distintas áreas del departamento, así como supervisar y enriquecer los de los departamentos transversales del segmento.
- Seleccionar, motivar y mantener el equipo MICE de corporativo y de los hoteles bajo su responsabilidad.
- Dotar a los equipos con los recursos necesarios para el correcto desempeño de sus funciones, desde recursos físicos, humanos y tecnológicos, pasando por formación específica o generalista.

**Requisitos**:
**Para tener un buen encaje, deberás aportar**:

- Estudios universitarios en Turismo, con Máster en Gestión de Eventos.
- Experiência mínima de 4 años en gestión de grupos y eventos en hoteles de alto volumen y /o grupos de hoteles multimarca.
- Conocimiento extenso del mercado europeo de reuniones.
- Capacidad para elaborar y poner en práctica un plan de sales & marketing específico para el segmento.
- Conocimiento amplio de la operativa de grupos y eventos
- Inglés nível alto, valorándose positivamente otros idiomas.
- Alto nível de manejo de Excel y aplicaciones informáticas del entorno office 365
