**Supplier Quality Expert Focus Process Management**

We are looking for a driven, self-motivated individual with a solid supply chain management background and excellent project management skills. The **Supplier Quality Expert **Focus Process Management acts as the go-to person for the SQD (Supplier Quality & Development) function globally to lead standardization and simplification projects.

**A Snapshot of Your Day**

You work in a global team, remotely or in the office with the opportunity to communicate across all important regions.

A typical day might look like this: You start by checking your mails and your schedule for the day. As you are the moderator for a virtual workshop next week, you spend the next 2 hours on aligning the agenda, setting up the virtual collaboration platform in Teams and calling the stakeholder to get final input. You continue reviewing change requests and suggestions for improvements with your contacts in in the business and share the results in your Teams Channel.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- You take on a central role by consolidating business needs and manage the standardization, continuous improvement and simplification of processes related to supplier quality management.
- You generate synergies by utilizing standardized solutions and supporting process harmonization with all business areas.
- In your role as process manager, you act as a key contact to enable the development and implementation of systems and tools supporting SQD-processes.
- You set up global knowledge groups to ensure continuous exchange of improvement ideas on processes, you ensure continuous knowledge and best practice sharing.
- You ensure that defined processes are being adhered to through internal interviews and/or assessments.
- Your position requires an intensive interaction and communication within our global supplier quality network as well as with our cross functional partners e.g. from procurement, quality management and IT

**What You Bring**
- At least 5 years of experience in business process design and a proven track record on process standardization in a global enterprise
- Your process management toolbox enables you to cover all stages of process re-engineering
- You have a solid background in preferably both strategic procurement and quality management. Basic knowledge in supply chain management principles is of advantage
- You have leadership skills; you are assertive and collaborative with solid intercultural expertise
- You have 3-5 years’ experience in leading projects and running virtual cross-functional teams in an international environment.
- You are a self-starter, determined and self-reliant; your organizational talent and strategical and analytical thinking round up your profile.
- You have a master’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering or equal, ideally with a certificate in process management or LEAN/ Six Sigma
- You are fluent in English, international working experience preferred.
