**A Snapshot of Your Day**

You are part of our corporate Supplier Quality & Development - Quality,Processes & Development - Process Management team. You are responsible for definition,simplification, standardization, transparency & digitalization of SQD toolsand related KPIs (Focus Wind).

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- You take on acentral role by consolidating business needs and manage the improvement orimplementation of a supporting system with IT business partners.
- You generatesynergies by utilizing standardized solutions and supporting processharmonization.
- You drive thedevelopment and implementation of systems and tools supporting key-processes ofSQD with a global team of IT and business experts
- You set up globalknowledge groups to ensure continuous exchange of improvement ideas onprocesses and tools
- You lead thecreation and implementation of a digitalization roadmap for SQD
- Your positionrequires an intensive interaction and communication within our global supplierquality network as well as with our cross functional partners e.g. fromprocurement, quality management and IT

**What You Bring**
- At least 5 yearsof experience in business process design and support for IT-integrated businessprocesses with focus on digitalization
- You are familiarwith standard supply chain management principles, basic knowledge of qualitymanagement is of advantage
- Longstanding knowledge/ experience with ERP and data analytics systems. Experience creating userfriendly, intuitive training materials
- You haveleadership skills; you are assertive and collaborative with solid interculturalexpertise
- You have 3-5years’ experience in leading projects in the Wind industry and running virtualcross-functional teams in an international environment
- You are aself-starter, determined and self-reliant; your organizational talent andstrategical and analytical thinking round up your profile
- You have amaster’s degree in business administration, business informatics, industrialengineering, information technology or equal, ideally with certificate inproject or LEAN management
- You are fluent inEnglish, international working experience preferred
