En estos momentos queremos incorporar en nuestro equipo de
**Reestructuraciones & Corporate Finance** en la oficina de
**Madrid**, un/a
**Manager con al menos 5 años de experiência**, que muestre ambición e impulso para unirse a nuestro equipo y contribuir así al proyecto de desarrollo y consolidación del área.

En relación jerárquica con los socios del departamento y trabajo en equipo con el resto de managers y analistas, se espera que el/la profesional:

- Sea **autónomo/a en la ejecución técnica de sus labores **y tenga capacidad de supervisar tareas de personas a su cargo cuando sea necesario.
- Su actividad principal será el **desarrollo de consultoría técnica y de análisis**, formando parte del equipo asignado a un proyecto.
- Tendrá los conocimientos necesarios y experiência profesional en las tareas del grupo, y **realizará proactivamente tareas de gestión **con cierta supervisión. **Tendrá capacidad para impartir formación técnica.**

**. **Se espera que tenga **interlocución directa con clientes **y que **gestione algunas carteras como responsable de cliente (RC)**, lo que supone una eficiente delegación y supervisión del trabajo en otros compañeros/as con menos experiência. Tendrá también **capacidad para la confección de propuestas técnicas y de honorarios.**
- Su participación activa en **actividad comercial **(redacción de newsletters, podcasts, artículos para prensa, impartir cursos, etc), y su **capacidad de generación de negocio, propiciarán su propuesta de desarrollo a la categoría de Director/a de Proyecto.**

- Posibilidad de incorporación inmediata.
- Sólidos conocimientos contables y financieros, y modelización financiera.
- Manejo ágil de ofimática y de herramientas como SABI, CAPITAL IQ
- Capacidad de planificación y organización, con atención al detalle.
- Proactividad y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
- Nível alto de **inglés (C1).**
