Accounting Manager

At Hays, we are seeking an Accounting Manager for an Important, Paterna-based _multinational _company. This is a fixed-term contract opportunity.

FUNCTIONS:

- Ensure efficient daily accounting, finance, and control functions.
- Develop and configure consistent control structures in line with group policies.
- Manage accounting in the business unit in close collaboration with group accounting.
- Efficiently manage finances, related systems, and appropriate resources.
- Ensure finance-related policies and procedures align with local and global organisational goals, legal, tax, governmental, and regulatory requirements.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an accounting manager role in the finance department of a production company, considering experience and knowledge.
- Expert knowledge of profit and loss reports, balance sheets, and cash flow.
- Successful track record of delivering work within strict deadlines.
- Good knowledge of local GAAP and tax laws.
- Excellent commercial vision.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Numerical and logical capacity to handle large data sets.
- High precision and reliability.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis.
- Oriented towards results and solutions.
- Strong communication skills at all levels.
- Self-motivated, dynamic, enterprising, persistent, with a positive can-do attitude.

WE OFFER:

- Maternity coverage contract for approximately six months + possibility of stable incorporation
- Start date: September.
- Full-time, hybrid schedule, Monday to Friday, from 8:00/9:00 to 17:00/18:00.
- Salary: €40,000 - €50,000 gross per year.
