David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Danish speaking Customer Service & Sales Representative for their Málaga office.

Position: Customer Service & Sales Representative

Location: Málaga, Spain

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA
- Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor
- Follow all the processes and procedures of the project including making correct needs analysis and giving relevant offers in every call were allowed
- Ensure contractual SLA is maintained
- Provide cover for other Agents in their absence, either within the same team or across teams
- Liaise with Supervisors/Mentors on specific projects where requested
- Understand and comply with administrative duties including holiday, sickness, and overtime
- Attend regular Team Meetings
- Assist with additional back-office tasks daily when required and work on additional tasks required by Supervisor or Mentor.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Native/fluent in Danish, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Good disposition to work in a customer service environment
- Customer care skills, ability to listen to and understand the customers’ need
- Willingness to learn the sales part of the role but you should be naturally good at convincing others
- Ability to take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to escalate call to resolution
- Able to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
