Desde Marlex estamos colaborando con una importante empresa especializada en la gestión global y personalizada de servicios turísticos, viajes de negocios y eventos corporativos. Actualmente, precisan incorporar de manera estable un/a Business Travel Consultant para su delegación ubicada en Barcelona.

¿Cuál será tu misión en la empresa?

En dependencia del Director de Operaciones, la persona seleccionada se encargará de:

- Planificar y organizar los viajes de negocios de los clientes, en base a sus peticiones del horario USA y peticiones del servicio de Emergencias.
- Asesorar y recomendar acerca de las opciones de viaje más convenientes y eficientes.
- Gestionar las reservas y documentación pertinentes.
- Gestionar los cambios y las devoluciones.
- Atender a los clientes dándoles soporte y asistencia.
- Resolver las incidencias de las reservas.

Al perfil seleccionado se le ofrece:

- Posición estable e incorporación directa por empresa.
- Pertenecer a una empresa consolidada en su sector.
- Formación continua en el puesto de trabajo.
- Horario laboral a jornada completa de lunes a viernes de 9h a 19h con flexibilidad horaria y 2 días de teletrabajo a la semana.
- Beneficios sociales de empresa (seguro médico, ordenador portátil, móvil de empresa, gimnasio, guardería, transporte, parking, entre otros).
- Tienes experiência profesional de al menos 3 años desarrollando un rol similar en el sector.
- Dispones de formación de Grado Universitario y CFGS en Turismo o similar.
- Tienes un nível de inglés fluido hablado y escrito.
- Valorable disponer de conocimientos de otros idiomas.
- Dispones de conocimientos avanzados en AMADEUS y sistemas de reserva (vuelos, trenes, alojamientos, alquiler de coches, etc).
- Tienes un nível de ofimática medio.
- Eres una persona con actitud proactiva, metódica, resolutiva, paciente, con capacidad de adaptación y aprendizaje, facilidad para trabajar en equipo, con capacidad de organización y planificación del tiempo de trabajo, orientación al cliente y al detalle, con habilidades comunicativas y empatía, implicación y compromiso con los objetivos de la compañía.
