**Introduction**
As a Strategy Consultant at IBM, you will help reinvent businesses and industries by developing and utilizing specialized knowledge of industry-specific and cross-industry competitive strategies. You'll manage complex components of an engagement, working closely with clients and their customers to understand their pain points. Your strategic recommendations will drive change in a digitally-enabled era and give you the opportunity to collaborate with highly talented IBMers. Are you ready?
**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Strategy consultant to lead and execute consultancy and digital transformation projects. One of the main objectives of this role is to define the strategy of design and elaboration of related proposals based in our offering and capabilities. Based on this, this role has to lead the elaboration of the proposals ensuring the quality and excellence of them. This role will be the responsible as well of the execution of won projects ensuring the quality in the delivery, the client satisfaction and the accomplishment of the proposal.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Demonstrated knowledge in Strategy processes and in Customer Transformation processes
- Languages required: Catalan, English, Spanish
