**Objetivo del puesto**:
La principal tarea del Project Manager es liderar un equipo multilingüe, cuya función es la cualificación de leads, conversión de los clientes potenciales en ventas mediante la implementación de campañas de Outbound sales y dar soporte a la red de concesionarios en procesos de distribución de ventas.
**Responsabilidades de Project Manager**:
- Liderar al equipo de agentes de lead management & dealer support para lograr sus objetivos.
- Revisión de KPIs y SLAs del proyecto.
- Realización del Forecast mensual y control de ingresos/gastos del proyecto. Control de Presupuesto.
- Mejora continua de procesos.
- Organización y participación en las reuniones de seguimiento del desempeño con cliente.
- Participación en los procesos de selección de los miembros del equipo.
- Organización de los procesos de onboarding y formación de nuevas incorporaciones.
- Motivación y seguimiento de los equipos para mantener su compromiso y desempeño.
**Te buscamos a ti si**:
- Tienes amplio conocimiento y experiência del sector de atención al cliente.
- Experiência en Outbound sales, ventas B2B o desarrollo de negocios.
- Experiência en el sector, liderando Contact Centers de gran escala, con operaciones para distintos mercados.
- Habilidad en el trato con clientes.
- Habilidad para dirigir personas
- Habilidad para la toma de decisiones.
- Habilidades de comunicación. Capacidad para persuadir.
- Imprescindible dominio del idioma **inglés (mínimo C1)** y español;
- Experiência en el uso de diferentes sistemas CRM como MS Dynamics, Salesforce u otras plataformas CRM
