Position Summary

In this position, you will be responsible for the definition of strategy, roadmap and backlog management of Talent Acquisition Product within the IT HR organization.

You will define and maintain product vision and execution as well as the end-to-end value delivery of the product while meeting requirements of availability, scalability, performance, agility, compliance, and cost.

A day in the life
- Accountable for the product from ideation and strategy through continuous value management to retirement, with responsibility for the full life cycle of the product, including value delivery model.
- Arbitrate best fit product’s solutions while tackling business problem statements.
- Drives the adoption of DevSecOps within the team.
- Participate in external vendor technical roadmap sessions. Ensure Nestlé requirements are met through vendors’ long-term roadmaps.
- Keep high standards in product objectives delivery and comply with broader IT mission statement.

What will make you successful
- Strong experience in Application Development Lifecyle (5+ years)
- Strong experience in HR technologies (ideally focused on Talent Acquisition)
- Proven track record of implementing DevSecOps in IT Products
- Proven track record in managing a team of technologists, internal and external
- Strong interest in technology evolutions and UX design
- Ability to understand the financial impact of technology alternatives
- Proven leadership skills
- Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization
- Strong ability in product value proposal communication and storytelling
