**Marketing Campaign Manager Portugal & Spain**

Madrid / hybrid. Monthly travel to the UK and Spain

We're seeking a tenacious and skilled Marketing Campaign Manager to join easyJet in Madrid

As a Marketing Campaign Manager for Portugal & Spain, reporting to the Head of Marketing Southern Europe, you will be responsible for implementing and executing marketing campaigns that align with business objectives, maximize return on investment, and strengthen the easyJet brand.

**What you'll be doing..**

Reporting to the Head of Marketing Southern Europe, and working jointly with the Portugal & Spain Copywriter, this role is accountable for coordinating integrated campaigns across various channels, monitoring market performance, adapting strategies based on competitor activity, managing the marketing calendar, and evaluating campaign effectiveness.

The role involves implementing relevant marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. This includes coordinating, planning, managing, and executing integrated campaigns across various channels, both online and offline.

You will stay informed about market performance, identify gaps, and develop plans using marketing tools like CRM and PPC. Ensuring strategic and creative integration across all communication channels, such as PR, digital, website, CRM, social media, and airports branding, is crucial. You will oversee the country marketing calendar, monitoring competitor activities, and adapting strategies accordingly.

Experience in evaluating and measuring campaigns for ROI and brand metrics is essential.

**Requirements of the Role**

**What you will need to do the role**:
To do this role you will have marketing experience in the FMCG and/or retail sector, who is also familiar with working in a high-traffic e-commerce business in a front-line capacity, either as a client or within an agency.

Strong digital skills are a must, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the local media landscape and the ability to implement campaigns effectively. We are keen to hear more about your experience collaborating with external agencies, and how you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is essential.

**Location & Hours of Work**

This is a full-time hybrid working role, based in Madrid, with monthly visits to Portugal and occasional visits to the easyJet headquarters in London Luton.
