**About the team**

The Virtual Customer Engagement Practice goal is to create an industry-leading Scale customer engagement experience that provides an easy-to-use digital entry point to self-help and guidance for our customers.

Within the organization, the Customer Success Operations team is the engine to guarantee SAP customer success strategy is executed at scale by building a strong foundation for growth through innovation and tools.

The team works strictly aligned with the Regional Virtual Customer Success Partner organization to listen and develop harmonized processes that are effective, technology driven and in line with the needs of the field.

Moreover, the Operations Leads elabour data insights that highligh the Scale business successes and areas of improvement, empowering teams and decision-makers across the organization to make informed choices on portfolio strategy, priorities and territory management.

We are a Global team, mainly based in Barcelona, but also in Brasil & Vancouver

**What you’ll do**:
Position title: SAP Customer Success Operations Intern
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Expected start date to end date: March 1st 2024 - October 31st, 2024 (min. 6 months, max 1 year)

**In this role, you’ll**:
Support the Global Operation Manager and Team in numerous ways working to improve its efficiency, communication and ultimately the way the Customer Success team engages with our customers:

- Coordinate & execute weekly account assignment for all the Regions
- Oversee the process of account scope review globally
- Provide data reports to guarantee visibility on the business
- Organize project management activities
- Suggest ideas and implement improvements for our current internal processes
- Support the preparation of executive presentations
- Coordinate the follow-up of weekly team meetings
- Participate in new initiatives relevant for the success of the organization

You will have the opportunity to develop a solid foundation and understanding of how SAP’s overall Customer Success organization is running.
You will join a dynamic international team. Besides great culture and team spirit you will find an innovative start-up mentality within the EMEA Digital Hub.

**Education and qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, or a related field of study
- Expert use of Microsoft Business Suite (Power Point and Excel in particular)
