Job Description

**Overview**
He/She will support the finance department in the administrative tasks, such as:

- Issuing invoices, and delivery to customers.
- Receiving invoices from suppliers in the system.
- Maintenance of the phiscal and virtual archive.
- Sendind document to external accountants.
- Posting bank estatements in the system.
- Preparing direct debit orders.
- Posting in accounting automatic entries, and its review.

**Responsibilities**
He/She should have at least 2 years experience in similar position.

**Qualifications**
- Well organized.
- Attention to details.
- Attached to systematic procedures.

**Interview Process**
I will search through a local Business Association, who provides CVs for free. I have already contacted them, and they will open the procedure in September.
