**Responsible / Expert in Strategic regulation and energy management**

We are looking for a person with extensive knowledge as an Responsible / Expert in Strategic regulation and energy management - Atlantinc Basin - LNG Trader, for the Endesa offices in Madrid

**What do the business line and the unit do?**
- To design trading plan for the short, medium and long term in the Atlantic Basin ensuring alignment with Shipping and Logistics unit within Global Fuels and Circular Management and other Global Gas units;
- To competitively supply Iberia and Italian gas and LNG demand, purchasing in the market as needed;
- To build new and maintain existing relationship with developers, end-user, portfolio players and trading houses stimulating and capturing interest in Enel for the purpose of developing the gas and LNG trading pipeline;
- To analyze market, develop view, generate leads and execute new gas and LNG supply and sales opportunities according to the trading plan;
- To actively seek optimization leads and manage open positions created through opportunistic gas and LNG sales and purchases.

**What are you going to do?**

You will support the Unit in the following activities:

- Support designing portfolio and developing trading strategy;
- Formulate forecast curve and market intelligence of the regional market;
- Managing the relationship with key players, increasing current flow business;
- Support shipping strategy with shipping team;
- Analyze LNG and Gas markets, develop view and negotiate short/medium/long term deals;
- Develop contractual documents together with support functions to execute deals;
- Prepare annual budget/targets, monitor PnL and MtM.

**What are we looking for in you?**

**Training and Knowledge**

It will be an essential requirement for the occupation of the position that you have the following training and/or knowledge:

- Master degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or equivalent
- Extensive counterparty network in Europe related to this role activity
- Experience optimizing portfolio of gas assets (LTC, interconnection capacity, storage)
- Strong numerical acumen
- Highly entrepreneurial individual with proven track record in PnL contribution and in the successful conclusion of complex commodity transactions
- Strong relevant experience in sales strategy, business operations and/or sales
- Languages:Fluent with English

**Additionally, it will be valuable**:
- Lead responsibility for major commercial transactions
- Italian/Spanish

**Work experience**:

- At least 5 years of relevant experience as trader or originator
