Actualmente estamos buscando un/a profesional que se incorpore a nuestro equipo de RRHH como **Talent Acquisition Coordinator, **cuya misión principal será liderar el equipo de Talent Acquisition siendo el punto de referencia para todas las líneas de negocio y filiales en materia de Atracción, Selección y On Boarding.

Entre sus principales funciones destacan
- Liderar procesos de selección nacionales e internacionales.
- Headhunting y búsqueda directa de perfiles profesionales del sector.
- Asesoramiento a Manager y Directores/as en materia de Talent Acquisition.
- Diseñar e implantar iniciativas de marca empleadora.
- Mejorar los procedimientos internos.
- Generar reportes de actividad y analítica de la actividad de su área.
- Liderar el equipo a su cargo y desarrollarlo, tanto en lo referente a los procesos de selección como a los proyectos que gestionan.
- Liderar el proceso de On Boarding nacional e internacional de la empresa
- Coordinarse con el resto de líderes del departamento HR para el correcto funcionamiento del departamento.
- Gestión de proveedores bajo su ámbito de actuación.
- Soporte transversal a todo el equipo de RRHH en proyectos concretos.

Buscamos a una persona dinámica, acostumbrada a trabajar en equipoy con foco en la mejora continua. La persona seleccionada deberá aportar:
Formación en psicología, ADE o similares.

Muy valorable máster en RRHH

Al menos 10 años de experiência en Talent Acquisition y employer Branding.

Al menos 3 años de experiência liderando equipos.

Nível alto de inglés, C1.
