Join our growing team as an **Associate Payments Product Manager**, based in our Barcelona Headquarters offices, to take part in the exciting journey to make the travel experience of millions of customers worldwide easier

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious **Data Analyst** that is looking to develop their career in the direction of product management. To be successful, you are someone who is highly data literate, curious and a natural problem solver. We will provide a challenging and supportive environment for you to acquire and develop the skills of product management whilst leveraging your strong analytical background.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Learn the process of product discovery through data analysis, user research and benchmarking. Go deep into the data to identify opportunities and learn to formulate hypotheses for validation.
- Get to know the user’s pain points inside and out, using these insights to make better informed decisions;
- Have a data driven mindset to ensure all decisions are based on facts, not opinions;
- Work closely with Senior Product Managers and internal stakeholders to understand and solve business and user needs.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment that is often changing;
- Take a proactive approach to owning the full product lifecycle to deliver continuous impact (from concept development to tactical execution).

**Desired Skills & Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst ideally with web-based companies (working with Agile methodologies) with a passion for Product;
- Experience in writing SQL queries and data analysis using tools such as Python, R, Google Data Studio, Excel etc..
- Experience of payment processes and FinTech is an advantage.
- Previous experience in e-commerce and/or the travel industry is strongly preferred;
- Excellent communicator with strong collaboration skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams;
- Exceptional analytical skills and data-driven mindset;
- Problem solver and results-driven, with a can-do attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Proficient English required, ideally with experience in international environments.
