The Alpega Group is looking for an HR Intern. This role will be part of the Talent team. This role is based Barcelona, Spain.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our HR team to collaborate closely in driving best in class HR programs. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Human Resources department on various projects related to communications, hiring and retention strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the implementation of these projects, utilizing your analytical and design skills to ensure their success.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Work closely with HR team members to understand project objectives and requirements.
- Assist in the implementation of the tool that facilitates hiring and retention initiatives.
- Utilize Excel to organize and analyze data related to hiring, retention, and workforce demographics.
- Create and co-produce visual content (Stills and Videos) that facilitates better communication to stakeholders.

**WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU**
- You can work in English (both spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or other data analysis tools.
- Excellent design skills with images and videos.
- You are committed and have a genuine interest to learn and grow.
