We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. The HR Intern will work closely with our HR team to support various people operations and recruitment initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, sourcing, resume screening and scheduling interviews,
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, prepare interview materials, and provide support during the interview process.
- Assist with new hire onboarding, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and providing support to new hires.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide support for employee relations issues.
- Assist with employee data management, including entering new hires into HR systems and maintaining employee files.
- Support HR projects and initiatives, as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in english.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
