**Brand Manager Fine Cut**

**Position purpose**:
The person in this role will support Brand Leads in developing the Iberia Brand Strategy, working very closely with the Agile Lead, the Agile Pool, C&TA, Portfolio Coordination and Sales.

The Iberia Brand Manager (BM) is responsible for the implementation of the Iberia Brand Equity and Activation plan. He / She is in charge of all the brand packaging projects, the Iberia brand communication campaigns (defining objectives and strategy and working with the brand agency up to create Key Visuals and for the execution follow up with the Agile team), brand performance and budget control.

**What will you do - responsibilities**:

- Responsible to define the Iberia Brand Equity and Activation plan to achieve the annual strategic goals (SOM, Volume, equity). Develop a detailed understanding of Iberia markets (SP, CI, PT), its consumers and competition, identifying growth potential and propose adapted and timely recommendations
- Responsible for packaging projects: packaging brief, coordination with stakeholders
- Responsible for develop Iberia brand communication campaigns: defining objectives and strategy and working with the brand agency up to Key Visuals. Responsible for the execution follow up with the Agile team
- Monitor brand portfolio, launches, analysing and making recommendations to the Brand Lead
- Budget control ensuring aligment with annual budget defined by market
- Prepare ad hoc presentations when required (Commercial reviews, Brand groups and Regional visits)
- Ensure the perfect coordination with the Agile pool and other ensuring coherence with strategy and guidelines respect, operational programs feasibility with a strong sense of anticipation and deadline respect

**Who are we looking for - requirements**:

- University degree
- MBA or equivalent educational background will be an advantage
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG similar managerial positions
- Others Commercial experience is valuable
- Fluent English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus
- Solid background in marketing
- Experience & resilience to work in a fast-evolving environment yet bringing a correct understanding of business challenges and ability to propose and ensure new opportunities
- A strong entrepreneurial attitude, analytical mindset communication, organizational and planning skills
- Team player
