**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a member of the legal team, you will work within the joint **ventures and M&A team**. This is a role that will** require autonomy, attention to detail and drive**. You will familiarise yourself closely with Fever’s mission and vision, structure, strategy, and objectives, and advise on a variety of joint** ventures, acquisitions and corporate transactions** to support the growth of the business, all within a fast-paced company undergoing an ambitious international expansion.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a **growing team** leading on all corporate and strategic matters relating to the company. You will advise and participate on** M&A transactions**, strategic joint ventures and other corporate transactions and structuring, including:

- Drafting and revising relevant key **transaction documentation**:

- Providing support to business teams and Management in their negotiations, from the initial analysis to execution of any transaction
- Coordination and undertaking of **legal due diligence**:

- Coordinating and prioritizing work with **external legal advisors**:

- Preparing / revising internal templates, guides, and similar knowledge management documents, and taking **responsibility for document management**:

- Participating in ongoing **compliance functions** as required

**ABOUT YOU**
- Be a barred / qualified lawyer (all backgrounds will be considered)
- ** Speak fluent English** with a command of legal English. Spanish is a plus
- Have 1+ years of **PQE in corporate** / **M&A** (in private practice or in-house)
- Have an excellent academic record or experience in top-notch companies or top-tier law-firms
- Have keen attention to detail and strong commercial awareness
- Possess strong technical skills
- Be an **effective communicator** who brings emotional intelligence to work

This role is **located in Fever’s HQ in Madrid**, and although we can be flexible with the timing you will be expected to move there if you are currently living elsewhere.
