An opportunity for an **MRTT Tech Pubs Manual Responsible **has arisen within **Airbus Defence and Space, **Seville.

The jobholder will be responsible for:

- Launch Work packages of the assigned manual.
- Check work orders received from the subcontractors for the manual. These checks will be according to the specific quality guide and using authoring IT tools.
- Allow a cost reduction by launching accurate work orders for authoring activities
- Keep always a clear control of the technical level of the documentation (Criteria and Source data) of the job in progress
- Satisfy and facilitate the history tracing (source and criteria).
- Manage and control the Manual Service Provider authoring production (quality and lead-time).
- Organize the training sessions on business and authoring tools.
- Coordinate the Technical Publication Workshare Document (TPWD) update of the Manual.
- Define the guides and reference documents to manage the authoring in accordance with the business rules and procedures.
- Provide technical expertise to the subcontracting companies
- Set-up of priorities of authoring activities / productions to reach the contractual delivery dates.

**SKILLS**
- Educated in an Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in Services and Technical Publications.
- High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a network mode
- Advanced level in English and Spanish.
- German or French would be an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to propose new ideas.
