Se requiere de un perfil con alta experiência y conocimiento, acorde a la categoría ofrecida. Un perfil todoterreno con entendimiento funcional de instrumentos financieros, ciertos conocimientos e interés a nível estadístico y cuantitativo, cierto uso de programación y sobre todo con actitud y compromiso para dirigir, coordinar y liderar en un entorno multidisciplinar.

Requisitos imprescindibles:

- Perfil con conocimientos e interés en productos derivados, factores de riesgo, métricas de riesgo de mercado y el análisis/contraste de datos.
- Al menos siete años de experiência en el ámbito de los mercados financieros (eg. riesgos, gestión de carteras, ALM, banca de inversión, research)
- Conocimiento sobre valoración/griegas de productos financieros derivados (interest rates, credit, equity y fx)
- Conocimiento y experiência en programación como herramienta para el análisis y tratamiento de datos (eg.Python,R,NET...)
- Conocimiento y experiência en las métricas más habituales de gestión del riesgo.
- Nível de inglés alto.

Requisitos deseables:

- Deseable conocimiento de las diferentes métricas propuestas bajo FRTB riesgo de mercado en su versión estándar e interna.
- Deseable conocimientos en materia de ESG.
- Deseable experiência previa como parte de equipo de proyecto en implementación de solución corporativa.
- Experiência en metodología Agile.

- Sólidas habilidades analíticas y resolutivas. Capacidad de análisis de alto nível y para sugerir nuevas soluciones a los desafíos del área.

**Aspectos generales**

Sobre el área

Formarás parte del equipo RSG FRTB, responsable de la ejecución e implementación de proyectos para el área de Global Markets Risk Unit. El equipo trabaja con foco en los proyectos de desarrollo y mejora de herramientas corporativas de riesgo de mercado en el ámbito de banca de inversión, siendo el foco principal actual la implementación de las métricas derivadas de la normativa FRTB. Las tareas a acometer, al tratarse de un proyecto, no son rutinarias sino altamente cambiantes.

Sobre el puesto

Funciones a realizar:

- Participación activa en el análisis, diseño, construcción y validación de funcionalidades de cálculo de métricas de riesgo de mercado -con foco actual en FRTB- en plataforma corporativa de riesgo de mercado.
- Entendimiento de los requerimientos regulatorios de riesgo de mercado y las necesidades respecto a los mismos requeridas internamente.
- Definición de las funcionalidades de cálculo a implementar en la solución corporativa y de la estrategia de validación
- Participación activa en la validación de las funcionalidades desarrolladas.
- Generación de herramientas para el análisis/contraste, transformación de formatos y réplica de los cálculos de la solución corporativa para su contraste y validación.
- Documentación de las definiciones acordadas en el equipo de trabajo, así como de las evidencias de validación.
- Interlocución con equipos de riesgos, cuantitativos y tecnología tanto internos como externos con el objetivo de identificar la solución óptima para implementar los requerimientos establecidos.
- Participación en proyectos relacionados con materia ESG.
