**Risk Management Consultant**
**(Spain)**

**What we expect**
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and dynamic consultant to strengthen our team:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial industry, ideally credit risk topics and/or

to financial regulation and banking business topics
- Ideally, knowledge of operational tasks in the context of the development, validation

and/or management of credit risk models. Knowledge of current regulatory requirements

relating to the IRB approach would be a plus and/or
- Knowledge and interest in ESG and climate risk related projects and initiatives. Knowledge

of current ESG regulations and practical experience in this field would be an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and interest in quantitative topics

environment
- Ability to work with coding languages (e.g. Excel, Python, SQL) is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international team
- Ability to work independently and to quickly familiarize with new topics
- Ability to understand, independently structure and derive innovative solutions for complex

topics within short timeframes
- Fluent in English and in Spanish (incl. the ability to write professional reports). Knowledge

of German is also a plus
- Openness to travel, mainly within Europe
