**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **Global Standards Manager, reporting to the SCIB COO Global Head of Quality, **you will **be helping embed the culture of quality in all the teams both at a domain level (COO), country and product level. COO SCIB Global Quality’s goal is to systematize the culture of continuous improvement, to measure the gaps versus excellence perceived by our clients, to facilitate the escalation, to inject the non-quality in the continuous improvement model (improvement plans, digitalization, BAU ), to accelerate the digitalization of the interaction with clients, and to fully embed the quality mindset in the SCIB organization (people), with common foundations.**

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Implementation of quality & continuous improvement (teams and practices) across SCIB COO (globally) as a means of achieving excellence in execution.
- Measurement of the quality in process, systems and data, with key performance metrics and other inputs.
- Early identification of issues cross to SCIB. Challenge and help to define action plans, providing recommendations to the different domains. Follow up on action plans defined, ensuring these enable the continuous improvement in SCIB.
- Exchange of best practices and knowledge across SCIB.
- Actions to promote speak-up habits.
- Quality governance.

EXPERIENCE
- Broad experience required in audit/control/non-financial risks.management, with sound knowledge of CIB processes and products (>10 years).
- International experience is not indispensable but will be very valuable to this global senior position.

EDUCATION
- Technical Degree (Mathematics, Engineering, etc) or Business Degree.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Result oriented, strong analytical skills, disruptive thinking.
- Lean/Agile/continuous improvement certifications will be considered.
- Eagerness to learn and to continuous self-improvement is essential to fit into the position.

OTHER INFORMATION
- Autonomy to travel to the different SCIB geographies is required.
