JOB DESCRIPTION:
As P2P Officer, you will be in charge to solve any issue related to
invoice management, payments and all other topics, using all our
internal tools, like SAP, Atlas & Tableau.

Based in Palma de Mallorca, the tasks are related to cover all the requests
received at worldwide level.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Review of payment incidents. For this, it works with several internal systems:
- Atlas 11g and Atlas 2.0-
- SAP-
- Bank payment Platforms (external web)-
- Tableau-
- Reconciliation and payment proposal preparation to credit institutions (banks) that offer us this product- Balance sheet reconciliation of VCC related accounts

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Accounting background, to understand the relationships of these processes, that includes:
- Understanding how a Balance sheet works-
- Payment’s proposal preparation-
- Excel knowledge is a must, as extensive work with pivot tables is required
- Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
- Very good knowledge of Office.
- Good Level of English
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Operating with a high degree of autonomy, proactive, with drive and energy to act in a fast-paced environment
- Team worker
