JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are integrated under P2P (Purchase to Pay). Do note this position is not dedicated to payment to suppliers, but to the review of the financial part of payments through virtual cards. Yes, it may be the case you need to make payments in this way.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

- Review of payment incidents. For this, it works with several internal systems: Mitra &Angular, SAP, Bank payment Platforms (external web) and Tableau
- Reconciliation and payment proposal preparation to credit institutions (banks) that offer us this product
- Balance sheet reconciliation of VCC related accounts
- Advance manual payments to be issued to bank platforms daily.
- Manual payments reconciliation and execution as per bank statement monthly
- Review and reconciliation of bank platform accounts
- Manage enquiries related to these daily tasks
- Internal and external audit support

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Accounting background, to understand the relationships of these processes, that includes:
- Understanding how a Balance sheet works-
- Payment’s proposal preparation- Excel knowledge is a must, as extensive work with pivot tables is required

- _ Analytic skills_
- _ Proactive with a can-do attitude_
- _ A positive trouble-solver with excellent work ethics_
- _ Good MS Office skills_
- _ Desired experience at travel industry_

LANGUAGES:
- English level: medium- Fluent Spanish
