**Descripción del puesto**

El equipo global de Market Research de Macmillan Education Iberia está buscando una persona para realizar funciones Administrativas para apoyar al equipo organizando los proyectos cualitativos de investigación de mercado (entrevistas y focus groups, visitas a los centros y observaciones de clases), lo que incluye:

- Contratación de profesores/as para los paneles de investigación
- Ser el contacto principal de los profesores/as una vez se hayan apuntado
- Concertar entrevistas, focus groups, visitas a los centros y observaciones de clases
- Compartir con los profesores/as tareas de investigación por escrito y compilar feedback para apoyar al equipo de Market Research con un informe escrito
- Ocasionalmente observar entrevistas y focus groups, y tomar apuntes de forma detallada
- Crear contratos y procesar pagos

**Habilidades y conocimientos**

Será necesario contar con experiência previa en roles adminstrativos, contar con buena capacidad de organización y planificación del trabajo, así como dotes de comunicación eficaz (hablada y escrita). Sería ideal si la persona además aporta conocimientos medio -alto de Microsoft y conocimientos Google Suite.** Nível B2 de inglés imprescindible.**

**Temporalidad**

Se trata de un contrato temporal de 4 meses a partir de marzo de 2024.
