Our client is a leading global toy and game manufacturer, with record-breaking sales exceeding last year. As a Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our European client base by managing key accounts, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for European retail outlets, including toy stores, hobby stores, and book stores
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring regular communication and excellent customer service
- Understand and anticipate customer needs, providing tailored product recommendations and solutions to drive sales
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding our European customer base
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts, analyzing performance and identifying areas for improvement

**Core Skills/experience**:

- Proven experience in a similar sales or account management role, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective product recommendations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
- International Driver's license
