**Perfil**:
Desde Winning Selection estamos seleccionando para incorporarse en proyecto en importante empresa de servicios financieros en Barcelona un **TEAM LEAD Data.**

**Mandatory requirements**
- Previous experience leading software solution implementations with data (big data projects, operational architectures, data base optimizations, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of design patterns, architectural patterns, concurrent, synchronous and asynchronous programming, and in general algorithms, data structures and good practices in object-oriented software development.
- Analytical and design skills, global understanding of business problems, and search for technical solutions.
- Global technical vision, ability to visualize, design and evaluate high level technical solutions to solve complex problems in large scale systems.
- Presentation skills adaptable to a wide audience from CXOs to technical staff
- Proficient English level (Speaking & writing) is a must.

**Responsibilities**
- Customer Solution Architecture design
- Team Coordination and management, acting as a technical reference, supporting the development tasks and unblocking possible blockages, ensuring the quality of the software
- Risk management and act as decision-maker in uncertain situations.
- Alignment of the projects following the product roadmap
