Los equipos de atención al cliente de Cash Management son una pieza clave de la actividad organizada en distintos equipos. El Cash Customer Service de gestionar la relación diaria con los principales clientes Corporativos en relación con sus servicios y productos de Cash Management.

El objetivo de Cash Customer Service al interno es conseguir que BNP Paribas CIB sea el banco número uno en términos de calidad de servicio, manteniendo al cliente en el centro de nuestra actividad y garantizando la satisfacción de los clientes.

Como Analista de Cash Customer Service, trabajará en estrecha colaboración con el resto de equipos del banco en Front Office (Cash Management, Relationship Manager, Business Manager, Local Product offer manager, etc.), equipos de productos (pagos y recogida de efectivo, gestión de liquidez, banca electrónica, etc.), y con los equipos de todo el resto de EMEA.

**Misión**:
Seguimiento de las actividades diarias de los clientes asignados, actuando como punto de contacto único para todas las solicitudes del Cash Management y a las solicitudes de productos de los clientes Corporativos del BNPP

**Objetivos**:
Obtener la mayor satisfacción posible del cliente

Respetar las normas de excelencia del Servicio de atención al cliente de Cash Management del BNPP

**Responsabilidades**:
Garantizar un servicio diario orientado a la experiência del cliente:
Ofrecer al cliente una experiência positiva

Comprender los requisitos de los clientes para resolver de forma ágil sus solicitudes

Gestionar los incidentes Cash Management:
Medir los efectos del incidente y comunicarlos al cliente

Comunicación con el cliente hasta la resolución del incidente

Elaborar informes adaptados sobre incidentes recurrentes

Crear un plan post-incidente y actuar al respecto

Mejorar continuamente la calidad del servicio diario:
Revisar la actividad de los clientes de Cash Management para identificar posibles mejoras en los servicios

Identificar mecanismos internos de optimización del proceso

Tomar parte en las acciones de mejora de la satisfacción del cliente con especial atención a su medición (NPS)

**Conocimientos**:
Conocimiento de los productos y operativa bancaria de Cash Management

Capacidad de comunicarse con toda fluidez en español e inglés (obligatorio) y en portugués (valorable)

Excelente capacidad de comunicación verbal y escrita

Conocimiento del uso de Microsoft Office

Excelente capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas
