**¿Qué podrás hacer?**
- Como integrante del área de Financial Services Consulting trabajarías principalmente con empresas del sector financiero. Nuestros equipos multidisciplinares combinan tanto perfiles técnicos (STEM) como funcionales. Trabajamos por proyectos, generalmente in situ, mano a mano con el cliente y en un ambiente muy dinámico. La confianza de nuestros clientes y nuestra especialización nos convierten en líderes del sector en consultoría de gestión de riesgos, regulación y Data & Analytics.- Te unirás al equipo como Supervising Senior: gestionando proyectos, coordinando el trabajo de compañeros/as en categorías iguales dentro del proyecto y consiguiendo los plazos de entrega del mismo. En este punto, son importantes la excelencia en la calidad de los entregables, la aportación de valor, el nível de interlocución y confianza con el cliente, y la visión global del estado del proyecto. Cada proyecto es un mundo tanto en temática como en tamaño del equipo de trabajo, tiempo de ejecución y ubicación.- De este modo, nos encontramos con proyectos pequeños con equipos de 2 integrantes, hasta equipos 15-20 personas con miembros incluso de distintos departamentos y geografías. Asimismo, las duraciones pueden ir desde las 2 semanas hasta un año.- Desde el equipo, nos enfocamos en la búsqueda de soluciones innovadoras que permitan a las entidades financieras alcanzar la excelencia en la transformación de sus áreas de gestión, ya sean de negocio, de riesgos, financieras, operativas o tecnológicas; adaptándolas a nuevos entornos innovadores y cada vez más competitivos.- El Departamento cuenta con profesionales especializados en distintas tipologías de proyectos asociados a la transformación de una entidad financiera, que abarcan perspectivas que parten desde lo funcional y estratégico, a lo tecnológico, pasando por lo cuantitativo y analítico.**¿Qué necesitas saber?**
- Grado en ADE, Derecho, Economía, Finanzas y Contabilidad o Ingenierías.
- Experiência profesional previa mínima de 4-5 años en posiciones/sectores similares: en entidades financieras o empresas de Consultoría en ámbito regulatorio en una o varias de las tipologías de proyectos asociados a la adaptación a nuevos requerimientos regulatorios/ normativos.
- Será positivo trabajos previos relacionados con la adaptación a nuevos requerimientos regulatorios/ normativos en los ámbitos de riesgos, recuperación y/ o resolución o gestión de crisis.
- Conocimiento en algunas herramientas de compliance regulatorio.
- Nível de inglés: C1
- Nível avanzado en el uso de herramientas de ofimática.
