SpainEasy and SpainEasyRent are looking for a dynamic and motivated salesperson to join our team as a real estate hunter. This part-time position (25 hours per week) is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for real estate. The main role involves contacting potential clients and selling our property search services for rental or purchase across Spain.

**Fluency in both English and Spanish is indispensable.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify clients' needs and propose solutions tailored to their search criteria.
- Follow up with prospects and keep their information updated in our CRM database.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in both English and Spanish is crucial.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

**Working Conditions**:

- Part-time contract of 25 hours per week.
- Base salary with an attractive commission system based on new client sign-ups.
- Continuous training and support from our team of real estate professionals.
