Descripción de la oferta En Savills España, consultora inmobiliaria internacional, queremos incorporar un/a especialista ESG Real Estate para formar parte de la división de Gestión basado en nuestras oficinas de Madrid.
Funciones: Asesoramiento, reporting y seguimiento anual de índices de sostenibilidad en Real Estate como GRESB, EPRA, etc.
Realización de informes sobre riesgos climáticos/cambio climático en edificación.
Realización de estudios de huella de carbono y descarbonización de compañías del sector Real Estate así como de portfolios de activos incluyendo diferentes certificaciones relacionados con Net Zero.
Recogida y análisis de consumos y principales KPI de activos inmobiliarios.
Investigación y desarrollo de informes de reporting no financiero como CSRD, CDP, SBTi, Taxonomía, etc.
Realización de estrategias de ESG para compañías de Real Estate.
Requisitos: Graduado/a en Arquitectura/Arquitectura Técnica, Ingeniería o estudios afines.
Valorable máster en RSC/Sostenibilidad en compañías o similar.
Experiencia entre 2 y 5 años realizando funciones similares.
Nivel alto de inglés.
Dominio de paquete Office.
Conocimiento sobre diferentes tendencias del mercado a nivel ESG tales como Taxonomía, CSRD, GRESB.
Conocimiento sobre energía, CRREM y net zero.
Persona proactiva, organizada y con orientación al detalle.
