**Location: our main sites in Europe (Germany, France, Spain, UK).**
**Your role**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide expert technical support to Regional Business Managers and Sales teams, fostering strong customer relationships and driving sales growth.
- Collaborate with key customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for internal teams, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to effectively promote and sell our hair care products.
- Partner with Applications to gather technical data and recommend formulation developments, ensuring our products remain at the forefront of innovation.
- Monitor market trends, category turnover, and profit margins to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Develop global pricing strategies in alignment with business objectives, maintaining price lists and forecasting global volumes.
- Identify and communicate Unique Selling Points of our hair care products relative to competitors, conducting SWOT analyses to inform marketing strategies.
- Ensure all product information and materials are up-to-date and readily available for launch, including regulatory clearance and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, QA, and Purchasing, to optimize product quality and manufacturing processes.
- Provide input for new research and development projects based on consumer insights and market trends.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, delivering technical presentations and showcasing our innovative hair care solutions.
- Monitor competition activities, analyze patent landscapes, and initiate necessary actions to maintain our competitive edge.
- Support supply chain coordination and stock allocation decisions to optimize inventory management.
- Address day-to-day inquiries from internal teams and customers regarding hair care products, collaborating with various departments to provide timely and accurate responses.
**Reporting Structure**: The Global Product Manager will report directly to the Global Category Director, providing regular updates on product performance and strategic initiatives.
