We’re looking for a customer-focused Product Manager who can ideate, shape and deliver a successful product and beyond.

The Product Manager will work closely with the Product team to manage the different projects they currently support and develop, identify potential improvements and help build prioritization frameworks that allow us to make better decisions as a company. This role is focused on Product Management for an internally-facing high-impact product, as well as analysis of real customer and market data to shape business decisions.

**What to expect**:

- Manage workflows through their entire lifecycle including requirements, definition, design, implementation, documentation and release for an internally-facing product
- Actively research and develop user-centric opportunities while working closely with Design & Engineering to go from inception to implementation
- Gather qualitative/quantitative data from stakeholders & customers, ensuring upcoming changes are communicated clearly
- Be an independent decision-maker coordinating resources and tools needed for project success
- Continuously interface within the Product team for optimal team alignment

**What we are looking for**:

- 1+ year of Product Management experience working on/with CRMs. Experience with APIs and 3rd-party integrations is a plus
- Excellent control of the English language, both verbal and in writing with the ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- Design thinking and Lean Development are at the core of our work, knowledge and understanding on Agile frameworks is highly preferred, emphasis on Scrum
- Comfort with performing analysis with little information or unclear data sources
- Familiarity with data-driven decision making platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, etc)
- A genuine passion for Product Development

**Nice to haves**:

- Familiarity with SQL and DataBase models
- Experience working with cross-functional teams building products in a SaaS company or fast-paced environment
- Understanding of how to carry out Discovery sessions taking into consideration qualitative & quantitative data
