**Role**

Join Visium’s team and actively contribute to our expansion in Switzerland and internationally.

As a Program Manager you will be accountable for contributing to the successful delivery of our clients’ programs. You will be leading and managing complex and global projects, while ensuring perfect communication between stakeholders, and being a resourceful leader to bring our project management teams to the next level.

**What you will be responsible for**

As a Program Manager you will be responsible for:

- **Program delivery**
- Develop and maintain projects plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Assist project prioritization and economic decision-making, by facilitating releases of resources estimation, capacity allocation and timelines.
- Escalate and track impediments and provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks.
- Identify, mitigate, and manage risks and issues that could impact program delivery.
- Establish and maintain project management processes, tools, and best practices, ensuring that projects are managed consistently and effectively.

2**.Stakeholder management**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including C-levels to define program requirements, prioritize deliverables, and track progress.
- Report on progress to the clients’ management team, providing regular updates and progress reports.

3.**Lead Project Management team**
- Own, drive, and manage, cross-team initiatives
- Determine cross team dependencies, help prioritize the backlog,
- Listen and support teams in problem identification and decision-making, creating an environment of mutual influence.
- Develop, institute, and evolve cross-team methodology, process, and communications.

Depending on your previous experiences and appetite to grow, you will have the opportunity to gain more responsibilities

**Requirements**:
**Required qualifications**:

- 3+ years of project management experience, including PMP PMO or PMI certification
- Knowledge of Agile project management methodology (Scrum)
- Experience in managing digital transformation projects, knowledge of the CPG industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English - French or German is a plus
- Basic knowledge of data engineering or data science is a plus
