COMPAC The Surfaces Company, es la empresa española líder del mercado en superficies decorativas de alta calidad. Fundada en 1975, fue la primera compañía española especializada en la fabricación y distribución de superficies de mármol y cuarzo. **Breve descripción del puesto**

Buscamos una persona competente para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas de nuestra empresa. Debes ofrecer ideas innovadoras para el crecimiento de ventas de la compañía y aspirar a tener relaciones de éxito con grandes clientes en los mercados asignados.

**Responsabilidades**
- Responsable de la ejecución del Plan Estratégico de COMPAC en el territorio asignado.
- Aplicar en su mercado el modelo de negocio de la empresa para alcanzar las ventas.
- Responsable de la actividad comercial en el territorio asignado.
- Responsable de alcanzar los objetivos de venta en su mercado.
- Conocimiento exhaustivo del mercado dentro de su territorio: información de mercado, sector, competencia, tendencias.
- Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas y duraderas con los clientes.
- Cuidar el prestigio y la reputación de la marca COMPAC en la ejecución del plan de ventas en la preventa, venta y post-venta.
- Asegurar el registro de la información necesaria e imprescindible para garantizar una buena gestión con el cliente por parte del equipo COMPAC que da soporte a la venta en el front y back office.
- Supervisar y analizar las métricas de desempeño y sugerir mejoras.
- Crear relaciones profesionales y exitosas con sus clientes.
- Establecer relaciones con personal clave de sus clientes asignados.

**Requisitos**:
Experiência mínima entre 2 a 3 años nacional o territorial en ventas muy eficientes.
