Established in 2002, ib vogt GmbH is specialized in the Development, Design and Engineering, Financing, EPC and Operation of solar power and provides turnkey solar power plant solutions to investors internationally.
As a manufacturer-independent integrated developer, the company focuses on tailor-made solar power plant solutions that maximize lifecycle performance and returns.
Since 2009, ib vogt has commissioned plants with a capacity of almost 2 Gigawatt. We employ over 840 specialists, in all areas of the **solar power plant** value chain in over 40 countries. The company operates internationally from offices in Spain Germany, Italy, Netherlands, France, Poland, USA, Australia, United Kingdom, Panama, India and South East Asia.
**Your Job**:
- Maintaining and organising documents keeping on-site, such as reports, safety training, inspection reports, and HSE reports.
- Manage a log system of communication, delivery notes, and minutes of meetings
- Distribute project-related information in coordination with the Site Manager
- Reporting and documentation/administration on updating files, such as drawings, permits etc.
- Handle in and outgoing correspondence where required.
- Organize and schedule meetings on-site, team meetings, support on kick-off meetings, etc.
- Tracking compliance with permits and building site requirements
- Logistics and material acceptance to the contractors
- Maintaining inventory of goods and equipment on site, incl. information on the subcontractor’s equipment and goods.
- Support on quality processes and their documentation
- Address day-to-day administrative issues before they arise
- Support site manager and team on conflict handling on-site
- Reporting to the Site Manager on the project level
- The works will be mainly carried out outside on the construction site
**Your profile**:
- 3 years experience in similar positions
- Experience in PV
- Good level of MS Office Group
- A good level of English in word and writing
- good communication skills
- Flexible, positive attitude, performs under pressure
- Work will be on-site based
- The expected work ratio is 10/4 days
- Possibly work outside of Spain, if applicable
