**You will make an impact in the following way**:

- You drive Belden pipeline growth and success rate through developing and delivering outcome-based solutions that utilize the capabilities of all Belden brands to customers managed by solutions sales colleagues
- Work with digital automation consultants to technically translate process diagnostic insights into compelling solutions with demonstrable financial value impact
- Construct value impact around business outcomes, building credibility and sponsorship by using account’s terminology and KPIs
- Collaborate with Customer Innovation Center support team in development/execution of POCs, FATs, and network audits
- Create and support technology campaigns such as webinars, roadshows, trade fairs
- Provide market insight to sales, product management and R&D to support definition of customer and vertical market propositions

**What you will bring**:

- Education - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering with a focus on IT or process automation
- Work experience - At least 3 years of experience in solution creation in an industrial or enterprise networking environment
- Proven track record - Within a sales and/or service role in a market and industry relevant to the Belden organization
- Communication skills - Ability to translate complex technical information into comprehensible conversation with a non-technical audience
- Language skills - Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
