**Position Description**:
The successful applicant will join the Fuel & Air to Air Refueling (AAR) Systems Integration Team in Getafe, Madrid, in order to define and develop the Fuel & AAR System Architecture covering the existing and new programmes that have been launched.

Knowledge and experience in Aircraft Systems Architecture, will be highly valued, especially in systems development for Fuel & AAR Systems, and associated processes according to aeronautical regulations.

Leadership and communications skills are important as the role requires interfaces with the Specialists in other Departments, the Chief Engineering Office, Program Office, Customer and other External Stakeholders from other Companies.

**Tasks**:

- To lead the preparations of responses of the work requested by the Chief Engineers and to make sure that the proposal is optimum from technical, financial and planning point of view.
- Capturing customer requirements and generating corresponding solutions.
- To monitor, analyze and ensure that the work that is being done in the programs and technology projects fulfill the technical needs, general technical coherence and are aligned with the Company Strategy Plan in quality, time and cost.
- Lead the qualification and certification of the product.
- Support production, integrated logistics and customer support and assure continuous safe operations.
- Point of contact of the Fuel and Air to Air Refueling Systems with any stakeholder internal and external. Included international stakeholders for many different cultures.
