Technical Writer

Position has full responsibility to manage and co-ordinate all activities in relation with technical literature:
- Providing to all New Product Development "NPD", Custom Special products "CsP" the correct documentation on time.
- Providing the final revision of these according the delivery of the product to the final client or entities with the service Dpt.
Maintaining the technical literature of standard products, The Technical writer reports daily basis to the Team Leader/ Manager and will support all ETG entities worldwide, being:
- Responsible to request to engineering & service department all the information required to make all literature documents concerning projects like:
- Instruction book
- Trouble shooting
- Data sheet
- Spare part list required
- Service plan
- Maintenance plan
- Participate actively in the FMEA at both quotation and project development stages.
- Storage and manage the necessary certificates of the supplied products.
- Collaborate actively with the service engineers to provide revision of the literature documents after SAT is finished and delivered to client.
- Create, implement, and maintain standard work manuals and procedures if required.
- Participate actively in activities like Lesson learned, Lead events, Master Classes, and continuous improvement.
- Deliver the documentation required on time. Launching date in the NPD and CsP is a priority target, so that documentation is the last in queue.
- Ensure all HSSEQ rules and regulations are communicated and enforced in Lifting COE.
- Proactively participate to safety awareness and improvement
- Always represent the Company in a professional manner, both internally and externally. Follow the published
- processes and comply with all company policies and procedures. Be an ambassador for the businesses ensure that Health & Safety always comes first.
**Required Capabilities**:
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office, InDesign, Illustrator ( or similar).
- Advanced systems and analytical computer skills of (AutoCAD, CREO or SOLID, Microsoft Office package).
- Self-starter, proactive.
- Execution focused.
- Experienced in safety policies.
- Proficiency in English, additional languages preferred.
